Mental, mental, emotional and social health referred to an individual’s ability to deal with stress, to amass expertise, to take care of relationships, all of which type sources for resiliency and independent dwelling. This opens up many possibilities for health to be taught, strengthened and discovered. Health could be promoted by encouraging healthful actions, similar to common bodily train and enough sleep, and by decreasing or avoiding unhealthful activities or conditions, similar to smoking or extreme stress. Still, different elements are beyond each individual and group selections, similar to genetic issues.
